Shipping policy
Everything is done to ensure that your product arrives as soon as possible in perfect condition. We will contact you by email to advise of any delays and to give you an option to change or cancel your order. We try to fulfill orders within 7 days under normal circumstances, and where this is not possible we will contact the customer.
The dispatch of your order is subject to stock availability, as we aim to provide only the highest quality fresh produce for our customers.
All of our products are posted out in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging. Please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it and a contact number that we can add to the address label for the courier.
We would request that a person is home to receive the order, as parcels left at the property will be classed as completed deliveries. Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our products, our courier service will not be able to attempt redelivery. Our courier deliveries are Tuesday to Friday so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address you provide to receive your order.
When you receive your order please remove it from the packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer.
Next Day Delivery corresponds to your parcel arriving the day after it has left our fridge. This is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered the day after you have placed it. Please call us on 07475872572 if you require an urgent delivery.
All non-delivered consignments are destroyed as they contain fresh goods. In this circumstance the customer would be required to reorder the product/s at their cost & pay for any associated shipping.
